Debabrata Dutt is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and an esteemed graduate in both Law and Commerce. With over 25 years of practice, he specializes in Company Secretarial Services, Corporate Laws, Business Restructuring, Mergers and Amalgamations, Legal Matters, Societies-related Compliance, as well as FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) and SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) Compliance.

He has been actively engaged in corporate advisory services and has handled professional assignments for both domestic and international clients.
